“Unlocking the Creative You” Workshop is designed for those who have placed their creative selves on the back burner and need a gentle push to get the creative juices flowing once more. The creative process utilized in our workshops will unlock dormant creativity / awaken creative that you may not even realize is resting inside of you. “Unlocking the Creative You” workshop is not designed to make you an expert in the various art mediums offered, but it willassist you in self-discovery so that you are able to explore and develop that person you were born to be, more fully and without judgments. Goal Unlock the Creative You that has been locked away for years while working / nurturing / equipping others. This workshop will help you to discover passions’ fire within. Air-Dry Clay Bird Workshop
This Workshop is an excellent way to start to a unlock the creative juices you thought were long dried up. We will begin with a warm up ‘Self-Discovery Exercise’ and then enter into our Hand Building Bird Project. Using Red Clay, we will combine the Pinch-Pot technique along with Slab Construction to create a Native Pennsylvania Bird. No prior experience required. Fee $130 which includes all materials and provides tools. Please bring an apron to protect clothing. |

Basic Mosaic Workshop
This Basic Mosaic Workshop will help to break through dormant creative energies. You will be guided by artist Gail Jones with each step of the creative process including breaking your Tessera (tile, glass, stone ) and using adhesive to glue them on your substrate. (Base) Come to this Workshop with an open mind, ready to release the pent-up energy into a 4 x 4 mosaic. No prior experience required
